Welcome to the Blueprint AG Kummerkasten
Here you can confidentially, and if you prefer, fully anonymously, report legal or regulatory violations connected to your work for Blueprint AG.
What is this mailbox?
The mailbox (Kummerkasten) is a safe place for your reports. Here you can report when something at work is wrong. For example: fraud, theft, bribery, danger to health, bullying or unfair treatment.
You help to find and solve problems early. You do not need to be afraid. Your report is confidential. If you want, you stay anonymous. No one has to know your name.
The mailbox is run by an independent office outside the company, on its own servers. Your employer, Blueprint AG, has no administrative access to these servers or the platform, and does not see who you are. Nothing bad may happen to you because of a report. The law protects you.
You can report online, by phone or in a personal meeting. It is free. You can speak your own language. Our phone assistant understands many languages.
Choose the reporting channel that works best for you:
Who operates this reporting channel?
Kummerkasten is operated in trust by intelligent piXel GmbH as an independent ombuds office. Blueprint AG has no administrative access to the platform or the servers. Your identity remains protected under Sections 8 and 9 HinSchG.
Confidentiality and protection from retaliation
Your identity is treated as strictly confidential under §8 of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). You must not suffer retaliation for a permissible report; in case of dispute, the law reverses the burden of proof in your favour (§36 HinSchG).
Deadlines
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days and feedback on the status of processing within 3 months (§17 HinSchG).
Which channel is right for you?
Concerns are usually resolved fastest where they arise. We therefore recommend that you contact this internal reporting office first. Your identity is protected by law here, you can remain anonymous, and you receive firm responses within the statutory deadlines.
Regardless of this, you are always free to turn to the external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice. The choice is entirely yours, and using this internal office is not a precondition.
