Your report is handled exclusively by intelligent piXel GmbH as an independent ombuds office. Blueprint AG has no access to your report or your identity. You must not suffer retaliation for a permissible report (§36 HinSchG). If you provide a name, it will be treated as strictly confidential under §8 HinSchG.
