You can also submit your report by phone – anonymously, in multiple languages, and around the clock, without registration.

How does it work?

At the other end, an AI voice assistant guides you through the call and responds in several languages, so that language barriers do not stand in the way. You may speak freely; there is no live conversation with a person. The assistant converts speech into text – this voice processing is carried out by X.AI LLC as a processor, and your caller number is not stored. The transcript is transferred into the portal and handled confidentially in the same way as a written report; Blueprint AG has no access to this either. Zero data retention is enabled for the voice processing: no content is stored after processing is complete, and your data is not used to train AI models.

You can remain anonymous by suppressing your caller ID (on most phones, e.g. by dialling #31# before the number) and by not mentioning any details in the call that could identify you.

In-person meeting

You can request a personal meeting at any time – a video call is also possible. Tick the corresponding option in the written form, or simply send us a message via your case portal after submitting a report. We will then arrange an appointment promptly via your case's confidential message channel.
