Who operates this reporting channel?

Kummerkasten is operated in trust by intelligent piXel GmbH as an independent ombuds office. Blueprint AG never has access to the content of your report, your identity, or the message history.

Confidentiality and protection from retaliation

Your identity is treated as strictly confidential under §8 of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). You must not suffer retaliation for a permissible report; in case of dispute, the law reverses the burden of proof in your favour (§36 HinSchG).

Deadlines

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days and feedback on the status of processing within 3 months (§17 HinSchG).
